Where and How Are Our Products Made?

At Wagging Tail, we are proud to support small businesses and local Lithuanian craftsmen. All our products are handcrafted in Lithuania by skilled artisans.

We source our leather, hardware, and other essential materials from reliable manufacturers across Europe to ensure the highest quality for our products.

How Do I Choose the Right Size for a Product?

All our products come with detailed illustrations and specified dimensions to help you choose the perfect size for your four-legged friend. You can find these illustrations and dimensions here.

How Long Does It Take to Manufacture and Deliver Ordered Goods?

In most cases, our products are made by craftsmen only after an order is placed:

  • Collars, leashes, and treat bags: 4 to 7 business days
  • Dog beds: 5 to 10 business days
  • Dog coats: 7 to 12 business days
  • Dog overalls: 10 to 20 business days (depending on the production queue)
  • Snoods: 5 to 10 business days
  • Engraving of ID tags: 3 to 4 business days

All orders are shipped immediately after production. Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.

What Shipping Methods Do You Use?

Parcels in Lithuania are being sent through OMNIVA or LP EXPRESS post machines/ couriers.

Parcels to Latvia and Estonia are being sent through OMNIVA post machines/ couriers.

International shipments – we offer a flat rate shipping fee and will notify you by email of a tracking code and a shipping method (we will make sure to send it through the fastest and most convenient provider).

Free of charge deliveries to EU countries are being sent through the registered post (offered once your purchase is 50 EUR or more).

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Deliveries in Lithuania:

  • Free Shipping: Orders of 50 EUR or more are shipped free of charge via OMNIVA, LP EXPRESS, or DPD post machines.
  • Shipping Fee: For orders less than 50 EUR, a shipping fee of 3 EUR applies for parcels sent through OMNIVA, LP EXPRESS, or DPD post machines.

Deliveries to Latvia:

Free Shipping:

  • Orders of 100 EUR or more are shipped free of charge via OMNIVA or DPD post machines.
  • Orders of 150 EUR or more are shipped free of charge via OMNIVA or DPD couriers.

Shipping Fee:

  • For orders less than 100 EUR, a fee of 5 EUR applies via OMNIVA and DPD post machines.
  • For orders less than 150 EUR, a fee of 6.5 EUR applies via OMNIVA couriers, and 9 EUR via DPD couriers.

Deliveries to Estonia:

Free Shipping:

  • Orders of 100 EUR or more are shipped free of charge via OMNIVA or DPD post machines.
  • Orders of 150 EUR or more are shipped free of charge via OMNIVA or DPD couriers.

Shipping Fee:

  • For orders less than 100 EUR, a fee of 7.5 EUR applies via OMNIVA and DPD post machines.
  • For orders less than 150 EUR, a fee of 9 EUR applies via OMNIVA and DPD couriers.

International Deliveries:

Free Shipping:

  • Orders over 100 EUR are shipped free of charge by registered post.
  • Orders over 200 EUR in Europe are shipped free of charge by DPD.

Delivery Fees for Smaller Orders by Registered Post:

  • 7 EUR fee for most of Europe (including Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Germany, Austria, Ireland, Italy, France, Portugal, etc.).
  • 10 EUR fee for countries like Greece, Croatia, United Kingdom, Romania, Bulgaria, etc.
  • 12 EUR fee for the United States.

Delivery Fees for Smaller Orders by DPD:

  • 9 EUR fee to Latvia, Estonia, and Poland (free for orders of 150 EUR or more).
  • 15 EUR fee for most of Europe (including Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Ireland, Italy, France, Portugal, etc.) (free for orders of 200 EUR or more).
  • 20 EUR fee for countries like Greece, Croatia, United Kingdom, Romania, Bulgaria. (free for orders of 200 EUR or more).

Can I Replace or Return an Item?

You can return or replace your order within 14 calendar days after delivery. If you decide to change or return your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Please note the following:

  • The shipping costs for returning or replacing items are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Only the amount of the purchased goods will be refunded.

IMPORTANT: Custom-made products with specific measurements cannot be exchanged or returned, and no refund will be provided for these items. A custom order includes products with more customizable options than just size, such as width, length, hardware color, etc. Products with only a size option are not considered custom-made and can be returned or exchanged.

How Can I Share Photos of My Pet with the Products You Created?

We love seeing photos of your four-legged friends enjoying our products! You can share them on your Instagram account using the @waggingtail.eu tag, or send them directly to us via private message on our INSTAGRAM or FACEBOOK accounts. You can also email photos to [email protected].

By sharing your pet’s photos with us, you automatically agree that we may use them on our website or social media.
