Shipping costs of returning or replaceable items should be settled by the Buyer. Only the amount of purchased goods is refunded to the Buyer.
IMPORTANT: If the product was made by custom order or with the “CREATE YOURSELF” tool, it cannot be exchanged or returned (the Buyer will not receive a refund for the custom-made goods). Custom order is considered when a chosen product has more choosable options than size, for example – width, length, etc. In other words, the product which has only a size option is not considered a custom-made item and may be returned or exchanged.
Return/exchange is possible if the item:
- Is unused, undamaged, and has not lost its commercial appearance.
- The product is returned in the original neat packaging, in the same complete set as obtained.
- With its original labels.
- Is not custom-made.
