Where and how are products being made?
Wagging Tail supports small businesses and local (Lithuanian) craftsmen therefore all our products are made by craftsmen hands in Lithuania.
Leather, hardware and other necessary materials are being sourced from reliable European manufacturers.
How do I choose a suitable size for a product?
Our collars and dog beds have its illustrations with specified dimensions which will help you to choose the most suitable product size for your four-legged friend. You can find illustrations and dimensions here.
How long does it take to manufacture and deliver ordered goods?
In most cases, products are being made by a craftsman only after placing an order:
- The production of collars, leashes, and treat bags takes from 4 to 7 business days.
- The production of dog beds takes from 5 to 10 business days.
- The production of dog coats takes from 7 to 12 business days.
- The production of dog overalls takes from 10 to 20 business days (depending on the resulting production queue).
- The production of snoods takes from 5 to 10 business days.
- The engraving of ID tags takes from 2 to 3 business days.
All orders are being sent immediately after its production. Delivery time depends on a chosen shipping method.
What shipping methods do you use?
Parcels in Lithuania are being sent through OMNIVA or LP EXPRESS post machines/ couriers.
Parcels to Latvia and Estonia are being sent through OMNIVA post machines/ couriers.
International shipments – we offer a flat rate shipping fee and will notify you by email of a tracking code and a shipping method (we will make sure to send it through the fastest and most convenient provider).
Free of charge deliveries to EU countries are being sent through the registered post (offered once your purchase is 50 EUR or more).
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery in Lithuania is free of charge once your purchase is 50 EUR or more.
For smaller orders less than 50 EUR we do apply a shipping fee of 2,5 EUR for parcels sent through OMNIVA or LP EXPRESS post machines (in Lithuania).
Deliveries to Latvia:
- Deliveries to Latvia are free of charge once your purchase is 50 EUR or more (excluding dog beds because of its large parameters). Free of charge deliveries to Latvia are sent through the registered post which takes from 3 to 7 business days. Deliveries sent through OMNIVA post machines or couriers are also available for an additional fee which is mentioned below.
- For smaller orders less than 50 EUR we do apply a shipping fee of 5 EUR for parcels sent through OMNIVA post machines. When the dog bed is purchased – 7 EUR fee.
- For smaller orders less than 50 EUR we do apply a shipping fee of 6.5 EUR for parcels sent through OMNIVA couriers. When the dog bed is purchased – 8.5 EUR fee.
Deliveries to Estonia:
- Deliveries to Estonia are free of charge once your purchase is 50 EUR or more (excluding dog beds because of its large parameters). Free of charge deliveries to Estonia are sent through the registered post which takes from 3 to 7 business days. Deliveries sent through OMNIVA post machines or couriers are also available for an additional fee which is mentioned below.
- For smaller orders less than 50 EUR we do apply a shipping fee of 7.5 EUR for parcels sent through OMNIVA post machines. When the dog bed is purchased – 9.5 EUR fee.
- For smaller orders less than 50 EUR we do apply a shipping fee of 9 EUR for parcels sent through OMNIVA couriers. When the dog bed is purchased – 11 EUR fee.
International deliveries:
- International deliveries are free of charge once your purchase is 50 EUR or more (excluding dog beds because of its large parameters). Free of charge deliveries are sent through the registered post which takes from 3 to 10 business days. Deliveries sent through couriers are also available for an additional fee which is mentioned below.
- For smaller orders less than 50 EU we do apply a fixed rate of 10 EUR for international shipments. A fee of 15 EUR is applied when purchasing a dog’s bed. Once your order is dispatched we will notify you by email of a tracking code.
Can I replace/return an item?
You can return or replace your order within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Shipping costs of returning or replaceable items should be settled by the Buyer. Only the amount of purchased goods is refunded to the Buyer.
IMPORTANT: If the product was made by custom order or with the “CREATE YOURSELF” tool, it cannot be exchanged or returned (the Buyer will not receive a refund for the custom-made goods). Custom order is considered when a chosen product has more choosable options than a size, for example – width, length, etc. In other words, the product which has only a size option is not considered a custom made item and may be returned or exchanged.
How can I share photos of my pet with the products you created?
We are always excited to receive photos of your four-legged friend enjoying our products. You can share them in your INSTAGRAM account using the @waggingtail.eu tag or by sending photos directly to us via private message to our INSTAGRAM or FACEBOOK accounts or by email at [email protected]. By sharing your four-legged photos with us, you automatically agree that we may use them on our website or social media.
